Buno para mi asiendo un poco difícil porque soy madre soltera y mentolado duro trabajar y pagar mis gastos pero yo con frío en mis abogados que todo salga bien y en dios primero que todo salga bien.

We were re-assigned lawyers 4 times without communication. Each time we had to describe our situation again. We were supposed to receive monthly updates but that never happened unless we initiated contact. At one point, Kate managed our case and she told us that we would have to wait to have questions answered because she was busy with other clients trying to beat a deadline. The last assigned lawyer told me in an email that "you are not my only client" after asking for a response via email sent 8 days prior. The final interview process was not accurately described-they did not seem to be aware of new procedures within the US embassy. Interviews occur over 2 days for everyone in Mexico. On their advise we paid $50/document to have everything translated to english. The embassy only wanted orginals. Translated documents were not needed. The final packet for the Visa interview was missing necessary documents. We were told the baby with a CRBA (US citizen) would require a physical to enter the US-this turned out to not be accurate. In the end, our K1 visa was approved but additional legal advice had been received from another firm to review all documents and correct errors. Overall, poor communication and lack of attention to detail.

Terrible experience, I have been a customer for over 2 years and to this day my case has not been finished, my wife applied for her green card getting support from a "whole team" which they would very frequently ignore emails and ghost us. Family petitions should be taken more seriously please look elsewhere we were charged upfront and getting little service the only time they will reply to emails/phone calls is when payment is due. We are getting closer to our interview at the US embassy and no one from the "team" even bother to notify us about NVC confirmation email. we had to research own our own, very disappointed with the service, specially when they claim to have a 24hr guaranty call back. Not even the simplest questions sent by email get answered, trough the whole process I was dealing with different paralegals / lawyers seems like they fumbled our case every time they handed it off. I'm very concerned about the next steps with my interview. and still trying to get answers from this legal "team"

They were great. At first we were dealing with a paralegal that took forever to respond, but we were soon switched to someone else and they were very attentive and through.
