First, I had to pay thousands of dollars before I even got to talk to an attorney for a “strategy session.” The strategy session was very basic and did not give me any more information than the government immigration website. They dragged on my case for almost a year and kept asking for documents and information I already gave them. When I would call to ask about my case, I kept getting passed along to more members of their “team” I had never heard of. They were very slow in responding to emails and phone calls but random people would call me at random times to see how my case was going. Later I found out I paid almost double for my case than most other immigration firms in Austin charge.

They made me pay $2k never talked to any attorney and said they are reviewing the case. When I asked can I talk to the owner Kate Lincoln they simply said she is too busy. So I paid the money to talk to intake call center employees?

They helped me get my Green Card many years ago. So when l decided to go for Citizenship I was very pleased to hear that they were still in the same location in Austin. It gave me much confidence to have them by my side through this process . I would recommend them to everybody.
