Worked with this office 2 years ago for green card application. They were very slow at communication; it would take up to 10 days to get response (usually a week), slow processing on documents; it took 3 months for them to submit my application. Finally, their service was very expensive. I paid 8k full up front. They told us that their price included all the services that we were going to need during the process. In the end, we didn't need those services but we paid for it as we followed their guidance. We asked for partial refund for the services we paid but didn't need. We got no response. Completely disappointed.
