I entered into a business agreement with the firm Garza & Narvaez over a criminal matter in Travis County. I paid in full after signing a written agreement with them. I am currently rating them as five stars, even though, I did not end up choosing to use them to fulfill the entire written agreement. Hard to make the best choice for a particular instance when all related factors were not yet know, and had nothing to do with the firm or it's acting agents. Why I am only asking for, and expecting a partial refund. Contracts protect both parties, right? I'm sure Patricio and Darius will take care of me.
