Mr. Mitchell listened to me. He didn't rush me or hurry me of the phone even though his time is very valuable. I contacted over 40 attorneys and he is the only one who really listened to me. I Will be using this firm in my situation. I'm very relieved that someone had finally listened and I am looking forward to working with this firm. Regardless of the outcome, Mr. Mithchell's kindness had made a difference in my life.

She is very knowledgeable about the process and keeps you informed of every step along the way. She is very supportive and prepares you thoroughly. Ms. Vu and her entire staff were extremely helpful, highly professional, and a joy to work with. I've hired a lot of attorneys over the years and the Law Offices of Shirley Vu stands out as one of the best experiences I've had with any legal professional. I had a fairly complicated situation and Ms. Vu was really great about walking me through the entire process, helping to make sure I understood what was going on, and seeing that I was taken care of throughout. The professionalism of Ms. Vu is VERY Questionable. I was confused about the difference between SSDI and SSI. When I hesitated because I was googling the difference the UNPROFESSIONAL Ms. Vu stated “Well I don’t have to represent you.” I also do not understand why they have been relocated from the chase bank location in October 2017 and has failed to inform people until they waste gas, time, and energy going to that building. When choosing a disability appeal lawyer this is not a wise choice. Due to the professionalism from Ms. Vu I cannot recommend anyone to pursue their disability appeal through her. It would be best to find a lawyer who is more professional. If there was a negative rating I could give I would.

Horrible customer service contact is minimal with it taking a long time to get a call back, when you call them it takes days to get a return call. One example is my case was settled and approved in January 2017 I received A call May 30 at 11:00 in the morning to talk about the rules and what I need to do on my end, I returned the call immediately and have not received a call back as of 7/3, there was some information I should have known about the reporting requirements but found out about the hard way. The back payment was paid in May 2017 I had to go to the Social office in order to get my check processed as my file was not processed in a timely manner, When I requested it be processed it was done within a day the attorney should have known the checks were delayed and followed up themselves. This attorney’s office is a mill who throws every the thing every against the wall and see’s what will stick. The bottom line is most SS attorneys are like this and you are better off going with an advocate as their success rate is about the same as attorneys but with a lot better service

I feel fortunate that my path have crossed with hers and she accepted to take my case. She is very nice and welcoming, professional, and absolutely caring.
