Two years ago I was involved in a hit and run. Supposedly my insurance took care of fixing the vehicle. 4 months later, I discovered that my vehicle had structural damage. Once I was informed of the state of the vehicle, I called Nationwide but no one was able to tell me why I had been given back a faulty and potentially dangerous vehicle. My search for legal assistance began after I realized I had been treated unfairly by the insurance companies. I reached out to over 15 different firms. All would show little to no interest. It was said that there was little to no chance of winning the case. That was until I contacted The Carlson Law Firm. Even in these trying times, when I was told that they were going to do everything in they could to win the case, they were able to keep their word. Legal Assistant Monciavis was very cordial and professional when informing me about any updates in my legal matters. With the teamwork of Case Manager Carlos, I was represented by Joshua Crowley. I will be forever grateful for their assistance and receiving the proper compensation for that was a result of a mishandled incident by the insurance companies. My hope that The Carlson Law Firm will continue to go above and beyond in helping others with their legal needs for many years to come.
