I have worked with multiple attorney’s at Shann’s law office who were very knowledgeable and helpful while I was trying to start and sell my companies – and dealing with all the complicated paperwork. The attorneys in the office are sharp and quick with the turnaround on the work that I needed, and their professionalism and confidence provided me a sense of ease about the quality of the work - not too mention, their amazing client care. I just started an LLC, and had some questions regarding taxes and such. I scheduled a phone consultation with Shann in which he not only answered my questions with patience and clarity, but offered some tips and strategies I had not even considered. He even emailed me a recap of the points we discussed in the phone call. Highly recommended!

Great work done! Kyle immediately found that we should really be reaching out to an attorney in another state. He was able to very quickly help us out with some low hanging fruit issues; but didn't go for the upsale or anything like that; he was just trying to help and did a great job of it
