Great opening that addressed the structure of the consultation, expectations, and the purpose of the meeting. Ms. Brown clearly defines what she thinks and explains the next steps that should be taken while working towards a strategic solution to a problem. However, the best part of the consult is Ms. Brown didn't over-talk or speak until I was finished and then she asked any clarifying questions versus making assumptions. Let me start off with this: If you do not have a will, get your butt in gear and have a will drawn up. This will save your loved ones a ton of stress. My sister did not have one.
