I had the very good fortune of being introduced to David Todd several years ago to work as co-counsel with me on a head injury case for a child injured in a Texas daycare. Over the past several years that we have been working on the case, David has been hardworking, honest and extremely skillful as a lawyer working for this injured child. Correcting an injustice for an injured person requires a unique skillset - not just in the courtroom, but also the ability to get along with all parties involved (defense attorneys, insurance adjusters, etc.) while keeping focused on the end result - helping the injured person move forward with his or her life with a feeling that they did what they could to stand up for themselves - with the help of their lawyer. David is exactly that guy. He cares and he gets it. I would wholeheartedly recommend David Todd to anyone looking for a Texas personal injury lawyer - and I will certainly be calling him to work with me on my next case in Texas.

David Todd has helped my husband and me with a very important contract and negotiations regarding a pipeline company that wanted to put a pipeline across our property. Lawyers were honest and up front about costs, I never had any sunrises when it came to fees. This firm has lots of resources at their disposal. They responded quickly to all calls and emails and I was never lacking for an update. They also seemed to have great knowledge of the law in the area I hired them for. Will be going back to them if I ever need representation in Texas again. The only reason it is four instead of five stars is the expense. Just me wishing it was a little cheaper. 😊
