Let me start off with this: If you do not have a will, get your butt in gear and have a will drawn up. This will save your loved ones a ton of stress. My sister did not have one.
Now, the firm did say what they were going to do and did it. It was a timely process which was disclosed to me. Everyone I dealt with was courteous and professional.

I have known Paul O’Finan for decades and he has been my attorney since 2001. His work at

I requested a brief consultation with Shann to get clarification and information about what I need to do to establish a Special Needs Trust. He answered all my questions, providing me with useful tips and valuable information. Additionally, soon after the consultation, Shann emailed me a summary of what he had gone over with me and his recommendations for how I could proceed with creating the SNT. Overall, I was pleased with Shann's services.
