They went above and beyond for us (I had mentioned that I wanted to have a will done before we left, but didn't think we had the time), by researching and crafting the will and trust to fit our specific needs, by contacting me through email in addition to over the phone to hammer out the details (I hate the phone), and to bringing a notary over to our house to notarize the documents the night before we left!
