I worked with Brian Levy when he represented me for a TWC appeal hearing. He was absolutely a delight to work with. He brought empathy and kindness to the case which was so calming. He patiently and intelligently listened to my story, explained necessary TWC policies, and helped me prepare for the hearing very efficiently. I went from feeling overwhelmed and emotional to prepared and confident. He knows what to focus on legally in a complex situation. He made sure I was feeling okay throughout the process including calling me the morning of the hearing. Terry Garrett and her staff were great. Terry suggested several things regarding our estate that we didn't even know about. We made several changes at the last minute and she was very gracious about making the changes. We also used Terry to designate my husband as executor for his Mother's will with the court. She made the process easy, was in court with him. We felt that her fees were very reasonable for the probate and our estate documents.

Terry Garrett is AMAZING!

I engaged Terry Garrett at the suggestion of another attorney friend who knew her and felt very confident that she could help me.
