Wish I could give this business a 10 star rating for the level of service my wife and I experienced. After finding the love of my life and getting married, I deeply feared that we could be potentially separated due to her immigration status. I did my research and could not find any solid answers of the government’s process or a timeframe of how long the process will take to obtain a “green card”. I was also made aware of scammers who claim to help immigrants with their immigration process but have no legal credentials and take your money with no results. We reached out to the professionals at De La Garza Law and set up a consultation with LEO and he educated us on the entire process and what to expect. After moving forward with the process we worked with Bernadette who was so kind and worked very hard on our case to obtain my wife’s residency in an unbelievably quick time frame. Now my wife and I can focus on our business plans together and enjoy traveling with peace of mind. I would put in in spanish and in english. This was my first experience in USA with a legal dispute and Mat was pretty open to help at the begining, giving clear advice in our initial conversation about what to do, claiming that this would be an easy case to deal with etc. He was answering my text messages and also helping me out with the set up of the payment. Once he got the payment, he never answered my back again by text message and he distributed this case to another partnered firm, without any notification or conversation. Several times I expressed my disconformity with the new law firm and he never replied. You would pay the retainer and you will be ghosted. If you really want your case to take forever, not attended, without communication, just to pay money to fund this guy, please go ahead with Mat law firm. Mat is your best fit. If you want something else, run away Esta ha sido mi primera experiencia en USA. Este tipo estaba abierto a ayudar desde el principio, destacando que el creia que iba a ser facil y rapido. Era comunicativo y me ayudaba con mis respuestas antes de pagarle. Cuando pague el retainer, dejo de contestar y envio el caso a otro bufete de abogados. Nunca mas respondio ni tomo responsabilidad alguna del caso. Si lo que quieres es pagar dinero a fondo perdido, financiar a este bufete y que tu caso no quede resuelto, esta es tu mejor opcion. Si lo que buscas es lo contrario, huye! Aunque hable espanol, si no habla nada ni se comunica, de que sirve cualquier idioma?

Mat Rueda has honestly been an absolute godsend. I called him on short noticed and he got me an appointment that very same day. He even got to work on my case that same evening. Any questions I've had he's always answered. I haven't never left his office unsure of what something meant because she's always thorough in explaining things and making sure I understand what he is saying. 10/10 highly recommend.
