Frances has helped our family with very complicated estate planning. Our meetings have run smoothly and been productive because of her expertise. She patiently explains the contents of every document and answers all our questions. We have worked with Frances for 10 years and have great confidence in her.

The attorneys maybe AMAZING, but their receptionist or whomever that was that was taking my information SUCKS!!!! After I give her ALL of the information as to what happened...which she's not a good listener...I had to correct her multiple times after she was reading info back to me and repeat myself countless times, she then asked me how they could help me. What did I want the attorneys to help me with? I told her not to even worry about it. She is the worst!!!! Allison & Ward Attorney at Law, y'all may want to straighten that situation out! I see the love that people have for y'all, but that intake rep is not up to speed! Good luck with that!

Ms. Allison could not take my case because it had gone too far, but she was a hero still. She was able to give me so much information and instructions about what I could do and about some of the realities. We spoke over the phone for almost an hour and she was amazingly helpful. If I ever had another issue or knew anyone with a problem I would absolutely recommend her.

I have always been leery of lawyers. Because of my aversion, I avoided contacting an attorney until late in my case. I had tried to navigate the workers compensation system myself and naively thought that because I had been a model patient for my doctors that everything would work out. The consequence of this inaction was the work comp insurance company attempted to shut me out of further treatment and cut me off from my benefits, even though I was still injured. The way I was treated was subhuman.
I finally realized I had to swallow my pride and contact an attorney. I got lucky when Keely Allison took my case. Keely treated me with respect and importance. She represented and advocated for me at every turn. Keely's representation won the final decision in my favor and I recovered all of the benefits I had lost. I would highly recommend Allison & Ward to anyone who has been injured. You will be treated with importance.

She helped us update our will and set up Power of Attorney explaining each document throughout the process. We are very pleased and will recommend her to friends and family.

We were clients with unusual needs and Ms. Bennett made sure everything that needed to happen, did. The experience was excellent from beginning to end. No complaints. Have worked with her since and referred others as well.

Frances Bennett has been advising my family and me for more than a dozen years. She has competently and adeptly helped my husband and me plan and navigate the often choppy “estate waters” surrounding the sale of our business. Frances has also compassionately and professionally guided me through the necessary decisions I needed to make after the death of my husband; and has counseled me as to what I would need to do to protect my assets should I remarry. She is always in my court. I sleep well at night because I am secure in the knowledge that not only is she highly skilled at her craft, but in addition has my family’s and my best interests at heart.
