Ms. Garrett is extremely knowledgeable, ethical and passionate about her work. She provided my sister and I with an excellent overview of benefits that should be explored for our mother. She gave us the contact info for private individuals and government agencies who could provide support in that research process. We found her empathetic and down-to-earth and walked away with a clear understanding of what the parameters are.

Our 501c3 organization hired Natalie Lynch and her wonderful staff to represent us in staffing matters and employment law matters. Had high hopes she could help me...very disappointed. Very unorganized. I was nice enough to send her emails that she lost. After all the confusion, I felt it would have been better not to email her at all. Be very careful....they add up and you might have to hire another attorney just to understand them. She was kind enough to email me a lot of unsolicited information pertaining to my father's dementia.

Terry Garrett and her staff were great. Terry suggested several things regarding our estate that we didn't even know about. We made several changes at the last minute and she was very gracious about making the changes. We also used Terry to designate my husband as executor for his Mother's will with the court. She made the process easy, was in court with him. We felt that her fees were very reasonable for the probate and our estate documents.
