Working with Tim has been an absolute pleasure. He has been very responsive and went above and beyond handling a legal matter. I had two previous attorneys on this case and neither put the effort or dedication into achieving the desired outcome. Super thankful for finding the right person and I highly recommend.

I whole-heartedly recommend Attorney Timothy Griswold.  Tim is proficient in both Englishand Chinese (it’s extremely difficult to find US attorneys who speak fluent Mandarin Chinese), has served in the US military for over 20 years, and is a veteran of Iraq.  He also has a strong sense of justice and is very trustworthy.  Over the course of the past several years, Tim has represented me in several commercial legal matters, business partnerships, traffic tickets, and as a defendant in a Civil lawsuit.  I was very pleased with the way he handled every one of these matters. On the civil matter, he truly went to bat for me, and never backed down despite it dragging on for years due to Covid and being against a Goliath for a plaintiff. I know Tim for last 5 years and he has helped me in Child support case and Divorce case. In my child support case, he was spot on about the law and codes to help me get through the case. Charles has competence and experience at least ten notches above those of an ordinary lawyer. He is meticulous. He will quickly grasp your particularly situation and its wider legal consequences. He’s a decent man who will not waste your time or your money.

I first heard about Tim by listening to a talk show he was being interviewed for on a Chinese radio station. I was very impressed by Tim's Chinese skills and background.  Later, my relatives had a complicated family lawsuit.  After consulting with Tim in person, I did not hesitate to hire him to represent me as a lawyer in this case.
