I'm a gestational surrogate and I highly recommend Simi for contract review services. She helped me navigate a difficult contract disagreement that ultimately led to a decision NOT to move forward with that contract. She really listened to me and got a full understanding on where I stood before we started talking about the contract. Once we were in negotiations, she encouraged me to be firm on the things that were important to me and to compromise in areas that I felt a bit more flexible on and offered some unique compromise solutions that I wouldn't have thought of without her. I would, without hesitation, recommend her and plan to use her again with my new match! Thanks so much, Simi. Without your professionalism and expertise, I would have ended up in an awful match and sorely regretted it!
