Small post office but the people who work here are super friendly and helpful. Usually mailing stuff around Christmas is such a hassle, but I was in and out quickly and had a good conversation with the employee while I was there. Great post office to visit.

The best post office in the state of Texas! The people that work there are like family. They treat me like family not just a number!

We tried to apply for a passport at the Parkrow post office as a walk-in at 7:30am and we were turned away because they limited walk-ins to only 4 people per day. We then drove to this location near Barker Cypress (much smaller location) and the staff there was much more friendly and hard-working. At 8:30 am they took up to 10-12 walk-ins and then told more people to come back at 11am and they would help them. They also squeezed walk-ins in-between appointments. I wish I'd gotten the guys name that helped us with our passport he was AMAZING!! I would advise more people to go to this location. The Parkrow location is not it!!!
