Best customer service

Staff here are awesome (especially Bobby)! It’s actually a pleasure to visit, which is a weird thing to say about a post office! Keep smiling ladies, you always make my day!

New to the area and had to ship a small box. I entered the small building holding the box, confused to see many people waiting around but not in line. A friendly voice behind the left door told me to enter. That side was for mail service (and no wait) while the outside area was for mail pick up & passport services. Kevin, the postmaster who beckoned me in, was very helpful. He instructed me to fill out the custom form (international shipment), weighed the small package, rung up the total and taped it up for me securely before I left, all under 5 minutes. A guy came in to ship something, and Kevin even addressed him by name! I felt an Andy Griffith nostalgia with the small town feel here while under Kevin's care. Wish all post offices were as friendly and efficient! Kevin deserves a raise for his cheerfulness, pleasant demeanor, and elevating our perception of what a government employee is capable of.

This is definitely the best post office that is. The staff are just above awesome. They go all out to help and educate you about what you need and how to ship. They are always smiling and very friendly. I recommend this post office for everyone. Thank you Barker post office for all you do.

Nena was so helpful with helping us apply for passports for our 2 kids she even helped me take my daughter's passport photo (she was crying almost the whole time) Nena gave her a teddy bear and was so nice and sweet!

I mainly ship things for my business and always take packages to this post office because the one in my zip code has a 1.4 star rating. I get my shipping labels online so my packages are ready to go and I never have to wait in line just to drop them off. The staff are super-friendly, professional, helpful, knowledgeable and organized. They make their PO the perfect example of how a PO should be run and I truly appreciate having them to do business with. Thank you!! =) The ONLY improvement I would like to see at this PO is a night drop for packages because I get orders at all hours, but I can certainly handle seeing the friendly faces behind the counter. =)
