Just a little advice for this law firm. If your consultations are not free, then you need to take it off of your website. That is false advertisement.

Just like all the positive reviews. Marc was on the spot when he handled my partner's divorce case. A very compassionate person. Never have I felt any sense of arrogance coming from him (lots of lawyers are arrogant, even towards their clients). The first person I will call for legal advice. I contacted him earlier this morning for consultation. Marc wasn't available so I spoke to a woman. Very helpful too. She relayed my message to Marc and gave me some advices too. It was very educating. Turns out, the advices she gave me are the same advices Marc would give me. Super professional. The lady(secretary maybe, I forgot to ask for her name) rocks. Thank you so much ma'am and Thank you Marc for helping us anyway you can. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.

For a non-contested divorce this has taken 8 months. All information was given to Mr. Lopez and was never attached to my file. At one point I waited 3 weeks for a return call/e-mail. Once I gave him our agreed split it was over two months for a court date. Then the QUDO had to be amended because of an error. Still not settled at this point.

I called the number on the website that offers free consultation. I was told it was a $50 fee I would be consulting with Jorge Lopez. I was very confused I was been charge and I was consulting with someone that is not advertise on the website. I still went in for my consultation. I fully explain my situation. Gave Mr. Lopez as much as information I could give him. I did not get much feed back other then explaining me the process. I did not get any comfort with him or trust he could help me. I’am very dissaponited I left work early in need of some advice and guidelines . 👉🏽Responding to your comment When I got a called back I was told very differently consulting with Penny associates. You all must be in some kind of agreement to referal people to another law firm . False information. If I wanted to consult with another attorney I would of search for another one. You are responsible for your referrals

Waste of time and money!! No help at all

Mr. Pinney, thank you! He is a top notch attorney in every aspect. Mr. Pinney represented me in a divorce about a year ago. He is trustworthy, brilliant, highly polished, a true professional in every sense. I am so glad I contacted him and, I will be contacting him tomorrow in another matter.

We hired Mr. Lopez for the custody of a child, He was very upfront and honest with us about how the case could/ could not go our way. He was honest about cost and legal process. Even when we wanted things to go our way and they didn't his regards was always for the safety of our son and the well being of him. He was always on time with appointments at the office or when we had court. Very professional and family oriented. Loved working with Mr. Lopez and his firm..

Great work ethics. He made sure to follow up on any concerns that I had. He also tried to expedite the process the best way he could.

Called to get some information on a case. Was spoken to very rudely on the phone by whom ever answered. What a first impression if you dont like your job get a new one

Mr. Pinney was extremely professional and very patient. He made an otherwise emotional time bearable and I will definitely use him for any future legal services.
