Extremely shady and unprofessional law firm. I am a psychiatric healthcare provider and one of my patients is using this law firm to sue a trucking company from an accident they were in 2 years ago. This law firm has been harassing me and trying to subpoena me so they can drag me to court to say this patient has PTSD from the accident, even though this patient already had PTSD because they were sexually abused as a child so I can't say their PTSD is from the accident. My office manager has been in contact with a Sarah B. at this law firm and Sarah claimed if a signed affidavit was sent with the chart and billing records they would call off the subpoena. Well we sent them everything they want at least FOUR TIMES and this sketchy process server is still harassing me, showing up at my job and house. Finally my office manager got Shady Sarah on the phone again today after they showed up to my office and Sarah claimed if she just faxed back the affidavit but whited out a certain section they would call off the process server. SO basically the law firm is telling us to omit part of the records to suit their case and blackmailing us that they won't call off the process server until we do that. I'm not sure if that's illegal but it sounds like it to me.

Mr. Linebaugh and His firm represented me on a case back in 2012. I was involved in a collision involving a commercial vehicle in the Houston area. This pertecular vehicle ran a red light and struck me on the passenger side resulting in an injury both to my lumbar spine and neck. One thing I can say about the Linebaugh law firm is that they didn't promise anything they couldn't fulfill! Always very attentive to my needs and it ended up in a very fair and favorable settlement. Mr.Linebaugh and his team were an example of a well oiled machine. Mr.Linebaugh and staff were always readily available to assist me in any and every way during my case.
