Mr. Mayo was a huge help as we dealt with a family member that had a stroke during the pandemic. We needed desperately to get legal affairs in order with wills, healthcare, financial POA's. etc. and ...more importantly.... understanding the legal alternatives to deal with nursing home costs without devastating the family financially. It was not easy since hospitals were locked down and even notaries could not enter the patients rooms. Mr Mayo and his team were a huge, huge help. Recommend them highly.

She was just as thorough and succinct as Mr Mayo and was able to handle all the paperwork and the complexities of doing everything via phone, email and occasionally by the US Post office. They both made what was a stressful situation as pleasant as possible. And I appreciate all the work that they did. I recommend them highly.

This firm had done legal work for my wife’s aunt and uncle. As their health began to fail, we realized they did not have powers of attorney. Since we are the only family they have, we felt it was necessary to get these documents in place. The aunt and uncle agreed with this, so we contacted Mr. Mayo’s office about this. We explained the urgency to them on a Monday. On Wednesday, via teleconference, they confirmed their choices, and the same day the document were prepared. As the uncle is bedridden, the office staff arranged to come the the house to have the POA’s witnessed and notarized. By Thursday, everything was done. The cooperation we received from Mayo & Poland was exceptional. Kim was instrumental in handling all the details. Mr. Mayo was very helpful and got things moving. The urgent need for these documents was reflected in how the office expediently handled everything. We must especially emphasize their willingness to problem solve to get the documents signed and witnessed by coming to the house.

Kim was there for me every step of the way & went above and beyond to make sure that all my questions ( and there were a lot) were answered. Mr. Mayo was always kind & made sure that I understood was was happening. These two are a dream team when it comes to customer service & dedication to their clients.
