He was short, rude as his secretary was too. I’ just recently loss my son and all he could say is you need help are you seeing a psychiatrist?? Then said “I don’t take payment plans, I AM in a position where I don’t have too. Which tells me he’s not a attorney who cares, just about the money!!

Very unprofessional. RED FLAG!!!!---take my advice. I could write a whole page as to why but lets just say--he did not spend a minute on my case and did not fight for me! --I should of known when his RUDE secretary did not care--and when I had to call daily and email and beg for me to come drop stuff off---no responses..i should of gone with my GUT! HE embarrassed me in court and when we were done he said, well we tried. NO HE DIDNT! and this had to do with winning my 2 children!! ALSO-he sent me someone elses info through email that was not even my CASE! he could get in trouble for that!

I hired Brian Mceachern to represent me with my case to switch to the custodial parent for my daughter. He did a great job and I highly recommend his law firm. Very reasonable price as well.

I chose Mr. McEachern as my attorney for my divorce. During the initial meeting with Mr. McEachern, he asked me several personal and important questions that were very introspective. I appreciated that he took the time to really talk to me about my decision. The divorce was uncontested and amicable. He helped me make decisions regarding personal properties so that both of us would be protected should something happen to the other party. He was fair and unbiased, which was greatly appreciated by both of us. Our divorce was finalized with no delays.

I was referred to Bryan by a friend so I was wishful thinking he would really take this case and do an awesome job but once in the court room he didn't explain my side of anything and left me to really defend myself. He told me over and over how he was friends with the other parties lawyer and it really showed through his work. He wasn't standing up for me and my rights as much as he was giving in to the other parties request. I would use caution with using Bryan if you want to win a case that should be an open and shut case based on black and white facts because he doesn't even submit the real evidence in trial. I felt I couldn't trust him and once I voiced that he withdrew his council. I spent a lot of money for nothing. Highly displeased!

I must admit, I felt a little unsure that I could actually win custody of my kids before coming to Bryan's office. After a single consultation, I felt that he could give me a good shot at it. He was really knowledgable in the child support field and even more knowledgable on how the court system works. His price was below the average rate of the magnitude of case he took on for me. He was open and honest with me every step of the way. I now have custody of my three beautiful children and I owe it in part to Bryan. He listened, he cared, and he produced. One of the few in his field with all of those qualities. I highly recommend him.

I hired Bryan McEachern to help me with the termination of my daughter's biological mother's rights. Bryan is also representing me on the adoption process for my wife to adopt my daughter. Bryan has been very professional with us and everything with the termination of rights is complete now! The adoption is still in process but we have full faith in him to make this happen for our family! Bryan has been a true blessing to our family and offers his services at a very reasonable price!! Bryan went above and beyond and took the burden off of my shoulders. I was very timid about a courtroom environment but he made it a lot more peaceful.
