Mike Lindsay has worked and provided guidance on a couple of legal issues for me. I found him to be prompt, personal and caring about my cases. Information for me was always well organized and he took time to answer any and all questions that I had. Their office staff was always very friendly and professional. My cases weren't "big dollar" cases, but they were important for me. I feel he gave my cases very good attention and worked them to agreeable resolutions. I highly recommend him!

My team and I are currently suing these corrupt thieves for breach of contract, fraud, predatory actions, extortion and illegal activities, etc. I terminated these crooked lawyers after just one month because they refused to sign the contract. Now they are trying to ROB me of my appraisal award funds without a valid contract. Well I contacted this law firm to represent me in handling my claim on my home that was damage during hurricane Harvey ..Went to Mederation to talk about my claim and while I was waiting on my lawyer who I thought was Mr.Lindsey that was supposed to be representing for me well another Attroney showed up and didn’t introduce himself .This lawyer had my file and didn’t even go over anything with Me.He began to talk with the Mederation lawyer about my case and I had to stop and ask the attorney that was representing me who he was and what was his plans..well things didn’t go as plan because the attorney left me in the room by self and went to discuss my case with out me .well I stop and ask him wasn’t he supposed to be with me..By this time I Stop the process, because things where being discussed with out my approval..later that day I received a phone call from Mr. Lindsey about how things went and he was upset because I stop the process.. as the years went by I had 5 engineers come to my home for the same thing ..my case was settled in 2021i was given a choice either Take what he had are find another Attorney…Well when I first meet with Mr Lindsey and showed him my insurance papers everything was good until he got upset at what happened in Mederation so things where prolonged until he saw fit .. He was in his feelings.
