Prior to retaining the Ferguson Law Firm, I had used Cody Rees Law Firm. With the previous firm things were progressing at a slow pace, seemed to not be followed up on and I had to personally get a lot of documents. Finally after 18 months it was recommended that I settle with an amount that I felt was entirely too low. I decided at that point to switch to the Ferguson Law Firm which turned out to be the best decision I made. Not only did they follow up on everything, get all the documents themselves for various sources, within a few months they had an out of court settlement that was literally almost 100 times more than the settlement recommended by the previous firm. Thanks to my attorney, Harrison Tatum and the Ferguson Law Firm.
