Very nice and friendly Law Firm I went in with my sister and was greeted by the receptionists with a smile and friendly attitude also I met Loupe, attorney Javier and Whitney they all were super nice and friendly. Even though I'm not a client of the Law Firm I wouldn't think twice to contact them to handle legal matters for me and I personally would recommend Fergerson Law Firm to anyone. Besides the building is beautiful. So, attorney Javier thank you so much for your soupier service you did for my sister, and Loupe you did an awesome job explaining the process that took place you were so kind and patient. Whiteny as well was very friendly and caring.

After reaching out to the intake coordinator she got me in touch with one of the best in the firm. Harrison was very informative and kept me in the loop from the start of my case to the end. His paralegal is phenomenal, she made the process has smooth as it could be. Harrison nor Ms. Ella (the paralegal) did not bother me and took care of everything need from the beginning. Within 6 months, I was healed and paid!!!! I recommend this law firm to anyone and give them 5 stars across the board!!!! Very timely, informative and awesome all the way around!

I was very skeptical about getting an attorney and how the process would work and if it would be worth it. From the beginning when I walked in the office for intake Whitney was amazing and very friendly. She was very understanding as I processed all the information she provided. She answered all questions, ans was very real and upfront about the process. Whitney made me feel at ease with making the decision to use Ferguson Law Firm. I was advised after intake I would be dealing with Jamie and Tim. Jamie was very sweet and also provided me with ease of the process. She was always available via phone call, email, or even in person. She ensured that she communicated with me several times throughout the month, sometimes even several times a week. Jamie answered all of my questions, even the ones some people would have considered stupid. Jamie made sure she stayed on top of following up with insurance companies even when insurance companies were giving issues and not wanting to cooperate. Whitney and Jamie are beyond EXCEPTIONAL!!! I would do the process over again if that meant working with these ladies 🙂 My only suggestion would be that sometime throughout the lawsuit process that the Tim (or the assigned attorney) meets the client at least once. Overall I was very pleased with Ferguson Law Firm!!
