I think that Mr. Burbank did an outstanding job on what he was up against fighting for my husband even though he took a 10yr plea agreement it could’ve been worse due to my husband prior but, Mr. Burbank got another charge dismissed so I’m very pleased and my husband will be home in no time because it’s non aggravated.

Burbank did nothing for my brother he lied to my brother made him sign a plea deal .And did not explain how it works. and seemed like he was not interested in the case but took the money .And he didn't even file medical records and didn't fight for him just just let the DEA talk all wrong about my brother to the judge .so they sentenced him 5 years great job burbank's

MR. BURBANK DID NOTHING TO HELP MY HUSBAND, WHILE JUDGE VIOLATER HIS 5TH AMENDMENT RIGHTS, AND ALLOWED HIM TO GET SENTENCED 20 YEARS! HE WAS LATE FILING PAPERWORK, LAZY, AND UNRESPONSIVE. HE WAS ALSO RUDE WITH ME AND DID NOT WANT TO ANSWER ANY OF MY QUESTIONS. WE ARE STILL FIGHTING THIS SENTENCE, BUT DONT HIRE THIS GUY! HE WILL NOT FIGHT FOR YOU, HE WILL SELL YOU OUT!
