To anyone reading that's looking for a personal injury attorney, I highly recommend Eric Reyes Law Firm!! Last year, I sustained severe airbag injuries in a car accident (other driver was at fault). I was in the hospital 8 days, and had 4 surgeries. Needless to say, I definitely needed a personal injury attorney! After being dropped as a client by my first personal injury attorney, I contacted Eric Reyes Law Firm and they took on my case. I am happy to say that my experience with Eric Reyes Law Firm was a great experience! Beatriz Alvarez assisted me with my case, and she was incredibly helpful, very friendly, and a joy to be in contact with! She kept me up to date on my case, and always answered any questions I had! In the future, IF I'm ever in another situation in which I would need a personal injury attorney, I will definitely be going back to Eric Reyes Law Firm (and hoping to work with Beatriz again because she's super cool!)

The Eric Reyes team was great throughout the entire process of my injury lawsuit. They connected me with a great care team, kept me abreast of the progress they were making with my case, and took the time to explain areas to me that I did not understand. This was my first time working with an attorney's office for a car accident so I didn't know what to expect, but they were great!

DO NOT USE THIS FIRM! In the beginning when they were hungry for our case after an accident they were great. After they asked me to move my family over to another lawyer because we were suing the lady at fault they said they would still represent me. Well shortly after I kept getting a bill from a doctor which I thought was weird so back in October I started to leave message after message for Morelia R.to please call me about the bill. 4 months later after trying over and over again I get someone to tell me my case was rejected but, couldn’t explain why. Catalina was the worst with her customer service telling me “You are not going to be talking over me” when I was trying to explain the situation. So someone calls to tell me I was notified back in October that it was a conflict of interest to represent me also since they know my families case. Funny thing is we never got a notice?? They claimed it was sent back in October but couldn’t verify what day it was sent? I searched every way possible to find the “email” but never found it. After getting off the phone with the “supervisor “ I shortly got the rejection email. Funny when I searched for the same name Morelia the only one that it found was from yesterday even though she was said to have sent it back in October. When I asked again for the date of the October email I was told by Hamza H. That I am now aware of it and to go find another lawyer. Now they are sticking me with a $4000.00 bill that they had to approve prior to me getting the procedure. So if you are looking for customer service where it doesn’t take 4 months to get a call(and I was not from my caseworker) I would highly suggest you find a different law firm to represent you.
