I was injured at work on November 4th 2022. When I signed with this attorney they made it sound like they were Competent. Boy, was I wrong. My attorney failed to file two appeals. I’m still fighting with an ombudsman on my side to get my shoulder surgery. My attorney dropped me with just days to file an appeal. What a waste of money.

I went from terrible communication, horrible legal advice, & over all unprofessional leadership to Amazing communication, excellent navigation throughout my case, & un- match professionalism. On April 24 I was hit by a huge cement truck, my car was totaled & I suffered neck & back injuries. I hired Amy Witherrite’s team & I knew I had made a horrible decision 5 days later. Why? For one I disagreed with their legal advice. They insisted I claim an accident that was 100% not my fault on my insurance. I was hit from behind on a freeway, why would I take any financial responsibility for an accident that was legally 100% NOT my fault? Also, there was no navigation for my case whatsoever, I had no idea what to do. Last but not least the communication was horrible. Couldn’t get anyone on the phone most of the time. 1 star service. So I fired A.W. ‘Law team 5 days later & hired Bailey & Galyen & the difference was night & day. I immediately knew I made the right decision. Not only were they professional, they navigated the entire process. Answered all my question & most importantly answered my calls & emails like Pros. Fast & efficient. Angie Cook is the real deal. If she could not talk, her assistant Carol J. could. After dealing with several people who didn’t seem to know who I was at that other mediocre law firm not worth mentioning again, It was refreshing that they basically held my hand for over a year & got me through my case. I couldn’t be more happier with my 6 figure settlement. They got Amy off my back financially & took care of EVERYTHING!! Don’t make the mistake I did!! This firm has had several opportunities to do a great job and just hasn't. Although they are friendly, they aren't responsive or effective. First opportunity, revising a very simple will that this same firm had developed 7 years ago. Typo's and various errors, back and forth with a paralegal for over a month, and during the phone call to finalize, the paralegal did not even listen to the questions being asked, she just talked over my questions. The result was to just notarize what they had developed and take the document to another attorney for review. Second opportunity - we contacted Bailey & Galyen on a Friday evening for advice on a potential criminal matter. A person was being detained and we needed timely advice. We contacted the office around 9pm on one phone number, and a man who barely spoke english took our information and said an attorney would contact us soon. At 2 am we contacted Bailey & Galyen on a different number, and a woman took our information and said someone would contact us shortly. At 5am we used the text method to ask for assistance. Thankfully we did find an attorney to provide advice in the situation but it wasn't Bailey & Galyen. This firm never returned my calls, and finally sent an email on the following Tuesday. If you need actual representation in a timely manner, this is not the attorney to call.
