When I first started my journey with social security nothing seamed to go right. Then my husband called Bailey & Galyen. There was communication from the very beginning. My phone calls were always answered with a pleasant attitude all the time. Kathryn Mousa was more than just a paralegal she became a friend. my attorney Ian Croall gave me hope, and acknowledged that I actually could get disability. I would refer anyone to Bailey & Galen. Thank you guys so much for helping me with one of the most important time of my life.

Solo quiero decir GRACIAS a la abogada Claudia Cubias y por supuesto a su asistente la srita. Daniela Molina principalmente por las atenciones hacia mi persona que en verdad su trabajo y servicio es de lo mejor que eh experimentado en mucho tiempo, sinceramente recomiendo los servicios de B y G pero sobretodo la asistencia de Claudia y Daniela con mucho respeto lo digo uno de los mejores equipos de el cual soy parte, una vez más muchísimas GRACIAS.

Horrible experience. My lawyer was more concerned with his bigger clients. He missed a hearing that cost me. His staff told me they would contact me early morning two days in a row over an important matter and in both days I had to call repeatedly in the evening and demand to talk with someone as I was being blown off. I was told that the restraining order the lawyer himself recommended would not be signed due to the judge not being in town during those two days which allowed the other party time to hire a lawyer and he failed to respond when he was asked multiple times why we were not filing a restraining order on also the actual person making threats. He even made a gesture following one of the hearings with his middle finger towards me as he was rubbing his eye. Could be coincidence but I don't know considering how unprofessional he was. He said I was unprofessional to his staff when I demanded to speak to someone but no, it was an urgent matter that his staff failed to communicate with me on. He also tried withdrawing as my attorney when I emailed him emails from the opposing party. He said it was unprofessional and that I needed to remove him from the emails. The same day he had an order made to withdraw as my counsel. Luckily I was already looking for another lawyer and was about to fire him and I told him I would sign it if he changed the wording in it to lack of miscommunication from him and his team. Amazingly he did just that too.
In response to your response Bailey and G, what else can you do for me? What did your firm do for me besides take my money, waste my time, and more importantly cost me more time with my son while the 2 people who put my son in harms way got away with their nonsense. So until you reimburse me for the horrible service I was provided and/or get me my time with my son back ill have to ask that you calmy stop giving fake and empty apologies and offerings of what else you can do.

I have never had a bad experience working with B&G! Customer service and their call center is always helpful and friendly. I always feel like even if they can’t help me, they take the time to answer my questions as best to their ability.

Update: I was finally able to speak to one of the attorneys on Friday afternoon and he was sympathetic to my concerns about lack of communications from his office. He apologized and advised me that I would receive 2 more follow-up calls soon. I received one the very next day and was pleased by the assistance from Jonathan. Top notch B&G employee 👌. The 2nd day after his call, I received another call from the other employee who is also involved in my case. I appreciate all 3 of the persons that I have spoken to over the past 3 days. Thank you for your customer service 🙏. Thus I can now rate B&G as a 5 star 🌟.
Hired this firm in Bedford back in early June. I have talked to them 3 times. I have called 3 times in 3 days this week and the first time couldn't get through to leave a message or talk to someone. 2nd day talked to someone and they said my legal assistant would call me back. No call yet. 3rd day same excuse. I am highly frustrated to say the least.
