This law firm is not the way to go I was in a auto accident May of 2018 finished threapy in August of 2018 lawyer settled my case with the insurance company November 2018. December I’m calling and calling leaving messages and emails nothing they don’t answer the phone they give you run around answers. 2 other people that was in the car with me have been paid out already. When I call and ask what’s the hold up they claim they’re waiting on the Chiropractor to send the bill so I decided to do a little digging I went to the chiropractor office to get some info I was told and “shown” that my chiropractor bill had already been paid and all my other bills that I received in the mail from the insurance company had been paid out so it seems like she’s just holding my money to try to get her self more I wouldn’t recommend this firm to the devil himself. Bad communication they give you no type of updates on your case if your looking for a lawyer call the car wreck cowboy! Or call jim Adler the hammer so he can hammer for you.

Great firm with knowledge in personal injury claims!

Seem they do the minimal for their clients. Hard to contact, and seems like they are more interested in putting more money in their pockets then anything else.

This firm worked my case for 2 years and I ended up with nothing, no medical Bill's paid... nothing. I would no recommend this law firm to anyone. I feel the attorney screwed me and did not fight for me. I would definitely give yall zero stars.

Update: Since I last posted this, I was contacted by my attorney and he promised results. Unfortunately , I was informed today that has left the firm and my case has been handed off to yet another attorney without informing me of who to contact. I was told once we received all medical bills, that I would be called into the office to work up a proposed settlement amount to present. This was not the case, now I’m told they are waiting for a offer from the insurance company instead of taking control and demanding a amount. Who’s going to make sure they will be fair? At this point I’m so frustrated, I hope the new attorney is worth her degree because I will not let them do whatever they want. This has changed my life and I want to be compensated. I hired this firm a little over a year ago, and I can’t reach anyone in regard to my case. Most of the time they don’t answer or return phone calls. I’ve never even seen a attorney in person. When I do reach the paralegal working on my case it’s always the same answer “ I’m waiting for all medical bills and treatment”. For the last two weeks I’ve been calling and getting absolutely no one, I’ve left multiple messages, and even asked what it will take to fire them and get new representation. Still nothing. Today is my last attempt and I’m going to visit their office. My last email communication was April 2018.

It took 6 months of waiting patiently, they do not keep in contact you have to call, leave messages-emails just for the same response every time "we are working on it".At the end of 6 months they told me "they were dropping my case" I was bit by a dog that had already bitten someone else, attacked his housemate and the Rabies vaccine was not current. 1st time I called the "lawyer" told me no problem the owners house insurance will handle it! Send some secretary to my house ALL FOR NOTHING! I could have been working with an ou yhe attorney the whole time and 6months would not have been wasted. If I could give no stars I would.

This law firm didn't look at my case because they work for the Kemper insurance and drag my case so had to let them go and got a better lawyer firm. Be careful before hiring this law firm.

This is a pitiful place. I have contacted Denise several of times, she never return calls this is just sad when all I am trying to do is ask questions about my case. Worse experience ever!!!

THIS PLACE DOES AWFUL BUSINESS , I SETTLED MY CASE ON 09/20/2018 , AND WAS GIVEN A 2-3 WEEK TIME FRAME , AND HERE WE ARE TODAY 10/29/2018 AND I STILL HAVE NO IDEA OF WHATS GOING ON , I CALL AND INQUIRE ABOUT MONEY THAT IS RIGHTFULLY MINE AND THE ATTORNEY(JASMINE KRUSH) IS EXTREMELY RUDE. THE ONLY REASON I AGREED ON THE SMALL AMOUNT I RECIEVED IS DUE TO THE FACT THAT I WAS TOLD THAT IT WOULD BE 2-3 WEEKS ! THEY ARE LIARS. I AM BEING CHARGED 33% TO RECEIVE POOR SERVICE , THEY ACT AS IF YOU ARE A BURDEN TO THEM ABOUT SOMETHING THATS YOURS , IM CONVINCED AT THIS POINT MY MONEY HAS BEEN STOLEN , SO BY ALL MEANS NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE ... CALL ANOTHER PI FIRM , ONE THAT WILL NOT LIE AND CHEAT THEIR CLIENTS .
