Nicole was very pleasant and answered all questions I had :) very good first impression of the firm.

Daniela Molina was great. She helped us prepare our request for evidence from immigration for my wife. She sent us lists of everything we would need and then answered our million questions when we had them. She then sat us down while she put it all together and had it sent off. This process has taken 4 years and they have been there anytime we needed them. Thank you!

I was looking for a lawyer to help me with my injustice and when I talked to the secretary, she was very rude. I asked very simple questions and instead of answering them, she just kept repeating herself about if I wanted to book the consultation or not. All I asked was if there was a chance I would not be able to get representation, bc she was saying I had to come in person for it. I only asked bc I have a crazy schedule and it’s hard to make space for that, especially if i could get told no and have to keep looking. That’s a lot of time to take off to just get rejected. Anywho, so bc I asked if there was a chance I would get turned away, she just hung up on me. I thought, of jeez, maybe it hung up? Bc why would she be so mad? I wasn’t even being rude! I genuinely needed to know so I could decide if it was worth it or if I should choose to talk with other lawyers (due to my schedule). I even explained it to her like that so she would know. And she literally never said yes there’s a chance you won’t get picked up. She just kept saying “do you want to book it or not” and ignored me. So I asked her why? Then she hung up, I called back bc I truly thought it was an accident. But it was blocked from me to call. That’s crazy, and shows how terrible the client service would have been. I just wanted to know so I could make a scheduling decision. If you ask me, I would never want someone that rude representing my business. I actually was referred to this law firm and when I told him what happened, he said he wasn’t going to deal with them anymore either. So, now two potential clients down the drain, and two bad reviews. Solely off one front office bad attitude, and she’s not even the lawyer. The front office can make or break you. So I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Anna was great. now that I'm done and the firm owe me money they making me wait and I don't understand. they cashed my check 11-22-2023. and I still haven't received the overage. it's been over 45 days now. this is unacceptable. this firm represents the Texas Rangers and if they owed them money they would have been paid yesterday. all clients should be treated the same. screwing over the little guy when I need my money. I'm a retired Navy Veteran of 24 yrs ex- Presidential Chef for Bush and Obama and I want the respect I deserve for protecting your freedom. I came to Texas for the love they have for there Veterans and active duty Military. but all firms don't apply. I can't give this firm any stars.
