Highly recommend the services of Bailey and Galyen. Mr. Spencer and his team lead by Celia, did a wonderful job in keeping me informed and making me feel at ease throughout my entire legal process. They were always available to answer any questions I had and would respond back immediately when I sent emails or left voicemails. I hope I never have to go through another legal issue, but if I do, I will most definitely give Mr. Spencer a call and ask him to represent me again. This is the worst attorney I have ever hired (Brandi Randles) was my case worker. She was in a rush with my case, all she wanted to do was settle and now I’m discovering why, because they didn’t receive all of my hospital bills so they were trying to get out of paying them as they did. Two months after I settled I’m still receiving hospital bills that they should’ve paid for out of my settlement money and I called to see why these bills weren’t covered and she says that she knowingly settled my case without receiving several bills so they wouldn’t have to pay them, even though she requested them. To top it off when we were on the phone she had an attitude and sounded annoyed that I was calling. I was in extreme pain two week after my motorcycle accident and they canceled all of my physical therapies and doctors visits that I had through them with no notice or warning, not to mention I payed $400 out of pocket for a MRI that I didn’t get results for due to the canceling my appointments. She didn’t care about what I was going though or what trauma I was experiencing, all she cared about was getting paid. You should be able to trust your attorney and that they will provide all information to you and care about your case, this place absolutely does NOT they just care about lining their pocket and getting the most money out of your misfortune!!! They were paid over 12k for less then a month of work, they are absolutely con artist!! Please help yourself through your hardship and don’t hire this attorney’s office, they just care about the money you can make for them no matter how caring they may ACT when you first call.
