My experience has been terrible. And the replies to reviews on here stating this is not the norm is an absolutely false. Disgusted. Wish I'd never contacted this firm. I have to do all the legwork, no return calls.

I only give a 1 star rating because I haven’t heard anything from them since our initial conversation (around mid February) and I gave them all of my information. I also just called and did not receive an answer. If I could figure out what’s going on with my case, my rating may change.

I have no idea how this office stays in business! As a current client I am unable to have simple questions answered regarding my case. Emails and phone calls are not returned! Latest example it has now been 4 days with no reply to my latest inquiry. This horrid service has been dragging on for 6 months! List of associates who are or were not doing the job: Isaura Chavez, Lisa Garza, Brandi, and Delores. A modicum of professional courtesy should not be too much to ask and an included service for the fees accepted by this firm, this kind of disrespect and dismissive insulting treatment is disgraceful and perhaps against the State of Texas Bar association policy. Beware! I would go out of my way to NOT recommend this firm.

I want to thank you Mr. Miller Martin for the great job he did taking care of my case. He is very informative and diligent. Also his Assistant Maria Villanueva offered a great customer service. I highly recommend Mr. Miller. His office is located on Main St in Fort Worth, TX.

I notified CAROL JHONSON through email that j no longer needed her services and that I would like to sign a release form stating that well I reviewed the release form and it stated the exact opposite 🤔it says Bailey and Galyen has reviewed all the facts on my case and they are withdrawing from the case because that have not found any reliable information hahaha, that's hilarious first you refuse to represent me like I should be represented since I was hurt in a accident then you lie on the release forms obviously to try amd persuade the next attorney not to work with this case but how have you helped in less than a month lol okay well good luck with these people.

They are terrible. The receptionist lady that answers their calls was very unprofessional, it takes two (2) to even speak to someone about your concerns or needs. I’ve dealt with many attorneys in the past & I must say this was the worst experience of them all. Take my advice, invest your money & time somewhere else!!

It's a law office, with lawyers; albeit much smarter than the typical variety.
