Called in for advice regarding a situation with my apartment community. Caleb answered the phone in a stern tone “Law firm”. No “how may I help you?” or introduction or anything....seemed odd, but okay. After I asked if he could advise me on my situation he was quite rude and quickly rambled off his hourly rate and that he could provide free advice on the phone. His tone of voice came off extremely condescending and he couldn’t seem more disinterested and annoyed at merely taking my call. I felt as if I were entirely inconveniencing him. Due to this first encounter being so terrible, it turned me away from him, so I politely declined the services and hung up the phone. This type of interaction isn’t acceptable in the business world. Everyone (especially your potential customers) deserve to be treated with kindness and respect. Caleb: if you aren’t a ‘people person’, or aren’t having a good day HIRE A SECRETARY TO ANSWER THE PHONE. I was ready to throw money at you to answer my simple questions, and you ruined it with your terrible attitude.

Caleb Moore and his staff were excellent regarding an eviction matter. As a licensed Realtor for over 27 years, who specializes in residential leasing and property management, I knew my investor's best course of action was to hire an attorney to handle the multi-pronged eviction of a tenant who was already in the property prior to my investor owning it and prior to my firm managing it. This tenant was very shady, already had at least one eviction on her record and had an unauthorized occupant with a criminal record who had threatened physical harm to one of our employees. Caleb addressed all points, as needed, in court. He managed the situation extremely well and, of course, we were pleased with the final result, eviction of the tenant and unauthorized occupant.
