I retained Chandni Patel as my attorney for a parental termination/step parent adoption. I was so nervous to actually go through with this process when I first met with Chandni, but upon the first meeting with her, I knew I was in good hands. Chandni was a great attorney to work with. She returned emails and phone calls quickly, even when things were in a waiting status with no new news. Chandni is a strong, smart, and confident attorney as well as empathetic.

"You didn't try enough if you are divorcing" That stigma was one of the major factor stopped me from divorcing my ex of 10 years. I stayed around for him with 3 kids until our whole life become unsafe. "I don't know where to start" was statement I told my lawyer Chandni Patel. She listened very patiently with my whole life story and how I ended up at her office and started to organize my thought process to understand what my futures going to looks like with different curve balls that my ex and his lawyers going to pitch at us. Her and her team worked with my situation also 100% understood emotional damage caused by my ex. I heard so many times lawyers are only here for money. This is absolutely not true. They stood by my side to help me and my kids to be safe. Divorce took how long it needed to took due to life in general, and however it may have took for everyone that is involved to responded. But if you want the job done RIGHT, this is place you need to call FIRST because this will be the place you are going to choose anyways. YOU deserve all the time to spend on only the good memories from now on. I usually do not write reviews for anything but this place deserves it more than ever. To begin when I first called Holland McGill Law I was greeted with the up most respect and kindness. I was already referred here by a friend of mine who spoke so high up of this place. Once I got in touch with Chandni Patel I knew everything was going to be okay right away. She was so nice and answered all of my million questions I had. I was new to this whole court system stuff especially with my 2 daughters on the line. I was lost and scared and didn't think I had rights as a father since everyone always says "Texas favors the mothers". Chandni never made me feel like that one bit as she gave me confidence to fight for what I deserve. She stood next to my side in every way possible, made me understand paperwork and orders that I had no idea what I was reading and she would explain everything so well to me which made me feel so comfortable. It's very scary to enter something like this with the mother of your children but if you are a strong father who does everything for your kids, is always there for them and you want to fight for your rights this is who you want on your side. I know every case is different but with Chandni's help I was able to get full custody of my 2 beautiful daughters which has been the best thing ever. I have been recommending her to everyone I know and she continues to show the same support and attention to others like she did to me.
