Cons
1
Billing practices that may not align with client's best interests
“Her office will charge you an arm and a leg to just get you to mediation, encourage you to settle because it's going to be at least 10k more to go to court, and then keep charging you more and more to get the final orders.”
2
Inconsistent or scatterbrained approach to handling cases
“She always seemed very scatterbrained! We did our first consultation with the paralegal NOT her and they were more thorough, but then when we met her, she would come in and took no notes and when talking to my daughter she was refer to my grandson as her daughter not son!!”
