This was the first time I've ever been in a serious accident and had to use Bailey and Gaylen attorney services. While the promises of results sounded great especially when the accident was not our fault. The biggest problem came around communication with the case managers, lack of update and education that needs to be a part of their client relationship and care. Brandi was unresponsive, dry and just plain not so great to work with. They failed to let me know that my brand new car could be sued for depreciation and closed out the claim without proper discussion with me and making me aware of how it could affect/ruin the chances of any potential claims I needed to make towards the depreciation of my brand new car. Super disappointed and lost an estimated $8000 dollars on the value of car. Please make sure you get educated on your own case and not have to learn the lesson the hard way like I did.

Was told $4500 for divorce case. Almost $10k later and I even stopped the case. Kept billing me and turned another $1200 into collection after telling me we are square on payments.
