Horrifically terrible without second thoughts. It appears that not a single person within this firm can direct me to the appropriate personal to A figure how much I owe on their credit card and B how to make the payment without even knowing how much I owe. No one can tell me a website to go to for payments nor a phone number to contact to make payments. I'm evidently suppose to take a random number out of a hat and just pay this and never truly know what the remaining balance is. I've been redirected 5 times and every associate tells me the same nonsense and I have got no where or remotely closer to solving this puzzle on how to make payments. The ONE and only person that seems to know what they're doing is never at their desk despite calling once every 2 hrs to ensure I attempt to make contact with this individual. Lord forbid you try and try to make a payment but it is impossible to do so but now you're getting slammed with ridiculous interest all because you're still at square one.

Miss Russell was Extremely helpful in setting up my probate information. I could not have done it without her. Thank you very much.

This is Jerri Queen. Ms. Demetra Russell was my contact while I was probating my husband's will. She was always very responsive and professional. She made sure I understood every piece of the probate process and plus ensured that I had the tools to do what needed to be done to handle the probate during the Covid-19 pandemic when courts were closed for the most part. I enjoyed working with her and in the event those services are needed in the future, I will use the same firm and would definitely work with her again.
