By far the best law firm I've ever used. Easy payment arrangements, the best part was that there were no surprises because they were always on top of their game! John and Elizabeth were very professional and easy to work with and I most certainly will refer them to other people.

Words will never express the regret and loss of hiring this firm to help me. A single mom in an abusive divorce with husband pleading guilty to criminal charges. I walked away with ONLY my kids! All I cared about was getting away and my kids. Keith Spencer did not return my calls when I had questions on the decre he handed it over to other lawyer to write up and never read it. I begged him and that office to correct errors and clarify and they said they would! I was treated like I was a bother and it was obvious they moved on to they next desperate client! They tell you how to trust them they are the best and once they get your $ they aren't interested. They sent me other people's documents on accident, don't return emails or calls. They charge you for them but don't get back. They mess things up so they can charge you more! I had to hire another lawyer to fix the damage done! The Tarrant County District Attorney could not believe what bad representation I received. When you have other lawyers who are not getting paid and who have nothing to do with my case shocked telling me I need to file with the BAR association that says something. Bailey and Galyen are client mills that scam you! Bedford office is the worst! Please go with a lawyer that works

I'm thankful that other people had great experiences with this firm, but I didn't. Communication was HORRIBLE. I must have left at least 10 voicemails with Amy, to this day I have never spoken to her. This case started in October, so 8 months ago and never once talked to the paralegal. Her responses took days on email. I'm so glad my case is over just so I don't have to deal with them. I've had two different people ask if I would recommend them, respectfully no.

I went in with an injury I receive as a result of negligence from the tattoo artist. The receptionist wanted details which I didn't give to her because in the end ... she's the receptionist not a lawyer. After waiting like 10 mins she told me they didn't take tattoo cases without giving me a "free consultation" or knowing details. If I could give this place no stars I would.

I have used this firm several times and have never been disappointed.

J. Phillips and her paralegal were fantastic. I had been trying to finalize a custody problem with my ex, my son wanted to live with me, using the Grand Wizard Google. It helped, but I hit a huge wall. Much like the one a bunch of people want to waste money on separating 2 countries, whose names I will not mention here. They're watching things I write, lol. But I digress. This law firm had given me the relief I'd needed for 18 months. And this was just 10 minutes into my initial consultation. And yes, I even cried a little on the way home. They quickly brought this case to an end, almost. We won, but the Attorney General's office lost the modification extending it by 3 months. Not J. Phillips' fault though. Thank you B & G!
