I found Brian Hargrove, read all the reviews and went in with so. many. questions. He was so patient, caring and knowledgeable and took the time, on many occasions, to explain this whole game to me. I use that phrase because, sadly, it is a game, and if you don’t know how to play, it’s easily lost. Having Brian and his team (Michaela and Jennifer are fantastic!) to help us navigate treatment, bills, insurance and all the variables included with this whole process took so much stress off of my family. He was able to negotiate a very fair settlement in a reasonable timeframe; this just wouldn’t have been possible without him.

Brian and his team are incredible. Him coming to my place to discuss the case (first meeting) instead of me going to his office just shows how caring he is and gives his 100% to his clients. They gave my son a felony, they summoned him to court many times and they wanted him to sign 3 years in prison, in none of the summons the prosecutor wanted to lower his sentence, but my son never signed because the case was unfair and he decided to go to trial, even knowing that if they found him guilty they could give him up to 20 years in prison. At the end, out of nowhere they summoned him to court again and Mr. Olds managed to lower the charge to a misdemeanor and he will only serve 20 days with a shackle in his house. I am extremely grateful for the good work of this lawyer. Thanks Mr. Olds!!
