Took great care of our case. Any time we had a question Mark or one of his staff was able to answer it quickly and simply.

I was very reluctant about having to file for bankruptcy but, Mr. French, Jaqueline, and Sophia made the process so much easier to bear. They not only explained, in great detail, every step of the process, they were with me throughout the entire thing. Everytime I needed them, Sophia and Jaqueline would either answer right then or call me right back. Mr. French was literally at the "Meeting of the Creditors" with me answering all of my questions and keeping me calm. I could never have asked for a more supportive team in such a dark time in my life. With my discharge letter from them came a book called "Starting Over" a survival guide by Dave Ramsey. That really means a lot to me because it let's me know that even though this difficult chapter of my life is over, they are still supporting me in my future.
