Very professional. Handled several matters for me over the last 10 years quickly.

Maya is very nice and helpful. I looked up information at around 11 or 12 at night and she called shortly after. Found an attorney for me, set up an appointment and answered all my questions.

The team at this firm has let me know that there is still GOOD PEOPLE left in the world .I can't express enough how down to earth this team is. I lett them know up front that this isn't a big money case at all but I need help. The respect and support is overwhelming. I am being treated as if this was a million dollar case ,Mr Adrian Hernandez truly understands and is the most professional and down to earth man I've had the pleasure to meet.His professionalism is by far better than I could imagine. I highly recommend this firm to anyone that needs a lawyer !!!!!!!

Okay I had posted an earlier review with regards to not getting replies to VM. After learning the attorney handling my case was in an accident mid-stream due to an auto accident in which his whole family was involved. And, is now going beyond the beyond to help assure I get the check ASAP. I will be more honest about the fact that he did work well to handle my claim, especially being brought in mid-stream (changing attorneys mid-stream) still didn't make my day but he actually did a great job working with Chiro/MSK Specialist and myself to assure I could get the most money possible. Honestly, I was surprised to even hear I was getting money over and above the accident as the guilty party's insurance definitely covered the cost of the car which was totaled and then some. I am so glad I went with his insurance b/c now have a much safer car and with Bailey & Galyen and do believe Mr. Rodriguez did the best he could in relation to the situation with the chiropractor. I am basing this review solely on the fact that he received a call and immediately called to let me know what had happened and why the check was delayed. And, again is doing everything to remedy the issue. This alone, gives me new faith and hope in B&G. I really hope I never need a PI attorney again but if I do, knowing what I know now I may very well use them again in the future but only if Mr. Jonathan Rodriquez is still on board and can handle my case from beginning through close.
