This place is a joke! They DO NOT care about the client, they milk the client and insurance companies for more, and more money!
I've had ALL the same problems that the 1 star reviews are saying plus more.
NOT PROFESSIONAL at all!
Also....
If they did care about the client, then why are all of the replies to these reviews computer generated??
If you care, then make it a little more personable.
I could write about 5 pages or more of complaints against them, but they are not worth my time!

Probably a good firm but no lawyer on premise when I visited. Must to have been b/c it was during the holidays.

After initially accepting my case, Kim Wyatt decided 8 months later she didn't want to take it after all. Zero communication with her directly, you only talk with legal assistants or paralegals and even then I only spoke with the legal assistance twice in total.

They helped me the best they could in getting the most back with my settlement. The attorney is very good at calling back and answering questions and the office is well maintained and looks nice.
