Thank you for the ease of communication and helping resolve our situation. I first met the attorney in the office and had a great conversation about things. After that I was able to stay in touch though emails, and text easily. I'm usually busy and on the go so phone calls sometimes are hard and they made it as easy as possible. I called once and the receptionist thought she put me on hold and was telling my issues out loud and a guy in the back laughing, naybe the lawyer...one thing with you but not professional...behind you...i was in shock so I hang up and went with other lawyer that I didn't know but was good and really Cares... I called again few months later and the guy who just answer phones was making the decisions for the lawyers even thou I offer to pay free consultation.. ..we will NEVER CALL AGAIN
