The process of starting a new business can certainly be overwhelming, and finding a business attorney was just another piece of the puzzle that I felt added to the pile of "to-dos". I reached out to at least seven attorneys in the Austin area and didn't feel great about any of them until I spoke with Shiloh. I immediately appreciated his demeanor, listening skills and lack of judgement throughout the process (I know nothing about law!) He gave great insights right off the bat, even on our intro call, and was an excellent resource for all things start up- forming an LLC, reviewing our lease agreement, franchise agreement, etc. He and his team were also highly responsive and available for questions along the way, and provided helpful resources and education (which is key when you are looking to start a business). All in all I felt I was in great hands with he and his team and would absolutely recommend working with them.

I worked with Shiloh on a series of very complex issues related to a nonprofit. He showed incredible wisdom and represented the position of his client with dignity and skill. He was required to listen to numerous stakeholders, and used their input as the basis for resolving issues without conflict.
