Let me start by saying, no one ever wants to be in a position to need a lawyer because your loved was killed. With that being said, if you ever find yourself in that horrible life altering moment, do yourself the biggest favor and contact Heard Law Firm. My brother and myself unfortunately needed a lawyer so we reached out. C.j. made sure that the unexpected painful process wasn't painful from a legal standpoint. He went above and beyond and even listened to me blubber and never once made me feel uncomfortable, rushed, or unimportant. You can tell that C.J. really truly cares about the people that he represents. He made sure we were fully aware of everything that was happening, going to happen, and explained what the next steps would entail. We were never left wondering. He did such an amazing and timely job. We never expected from start to settlement to see any less than a year plus and C.j. got it done in 6 months. And not just done but done right. He used experts for everything and even with that he managed to keep expenses for the case substantially low! He also surpassed our expectations and got more in our settlement than we had anticipated. C.j. really made us feel like we are part of the Heard Law Firm Family. I am very impressed with everything.
