She is horrible at getting to my case I constantly have to call. She didn't seem to informed as what is going on. it about to be 2 years and nothing has been solved. Last time I saw her was 2 years ago. If I have a question I have to speak with someone else.

Mrs. Garza has been very informative/knowledgeable with each application we have had to file. I also appreciate her staff and how much they have helped us with-paperwork, questions etc. I went in there with lots of questions and being nervous, she answered every one of them without going around the question and when we left felt at ease that everything would go smoothly as it has. Due to me and my husbands work schedule her walk-ins on Saturdays works great for us, plus we drive a bit over an hour- becuase we didn't have trust in anyone else to handle our case!

I met this wonderful attorney through a friend at a time all was lost, she did not only won the case after several lawyers had literally "duped" me, even one claimed to have worked with the authority for close to 20 years. This Angel of an attorney took the case and executed it beyond miracle. Same she did for my friend. I don't know where these people tarnishing her image and her practice came from. Ms Garza is a Miracle worker and so are the Juniors in her firm and I can attest to it. My name is Bab......e The.......io, I'm not a robot and this is not image laundering.

I had a complicated case... Went to a Nigerian lawyers that did nothing but take my money and further complicated my situation. I went to Martha and she told me up front what to expect, broke down the ins and outs of my case, and worked with me throughout the entire process. I'll never forget what this woman did for me. We hired Mrs Garza for my brothers case who was with ICE and in removal proceedings back in March. She took the time to look at all his information and gave us hope in winning the case. She told us it might be a few months for the process and what the full amount she would charge. She handed down the case to one of her excellent lawyer (retired judge) Bertha Zuniga who took over the case while Mrs Garza was always up to date with what was going on. We finally won the case and all our family is happily together again! I would recommend her to anyone anytime!

After searching for a long time for a good attorney that was willing to take a very difficult immigration case, I found and met Mrs. Garza from Garza & Associates, Attorneys at Law. Mrs. Garza was very honest and warned me about our difficult case but was willing to help us with my brother who was at risk of being deported. Mrs. Garza assigned Attorney Zuniga to our case, Mrs. Zuniga had excellent communication skills. She immeditaely became part of our family, we felt blessed to have her as our attorney and my family of 11 felt hope that by brother was going to be given an opportunity to stay in the US. Yesterday, on 8/20/2015 by brother was released, we all cried of hapiness. Thank you Mrs. Garza for caring and for having a very professional law firm. Blessing.

I hired Ms. Garza to represent me in removal proceedings. I hired her the end of March and just yesterday, June 2, I received my grant and will be able to stay in the United States with my wife and six U.S. citizen children. She was always honest and truthful about what the results in my case would be. Her personnel was always available to answer all of my questions and those of my wife. I feel satisfied because of the good work she did in my case. I recommend her to others because due to her legal efforts, I re-gained my legal permanent resident status.

The first time I saw Martha was back in 1996 she helped me with my stepson. Now I went to her again. I have spoken to her 2 times only. Her staff is awesome especiall Mts Irmis she has always answered my calls and kept me informed. I recommed Mrs. Martha.

Garza and Associates helped to file and get my husband's permanent residence. Having never been through this process before it was very intimidating and I didn't know where to go or who to trust. I can honestly say that Martha and Alfredo made us feel very at-ease and took what was a confusing and intimidating process and did exactly what they said they were going to do. The immigration system does seem that it can move at a snail's pace and it was reassuring to have someone who was looking out for us and keeping on top of everything every step of the way. In the end start to finish the process took about one year but it was well worth having someone who knew how to navigate the system take care of all of the details. They would even take it upon themselves to follow-up with us to make sure that we received letters from UCIS regarding the process and next steps. I know that it is hard to find people who you feel like you can trust and I am not a very trusting person myself to begin with but I can honestly say that nothing about this firm caused me to question their commitment to us the client.

I went to Martha Garzy because a friend recommended her and I am so glad I did. The customer service was great from the time I walked into the office. The lady at the reception and the legal assistant were very helpful and Martha Garza made sure to completely explain to me the process and what to expect. They have been really good about keeping me updated and contacting me regarding any missing documents or questions they have regarding my case so it really gives me peace of mind to know that my case is in good hands.
