She was an amazing lawyer throughout the course of my boyfriend's case through the end of his probation. She was able to get his case charges reduced to a misdemeanor and even helped him out after his probation got revoked, she was able to manipulate and have his case NOT reinstated but DROPPED ENTIRELY. She is very attentive listening to your concerns and leaving no questions unanswered. MOST definitely would recommend if I or anyone else needs a fighter like her.

Lisa is awesome!!! I don't even live in Houston, I live in Dallas, and I somehow was charged for harassment in a town that's 5 hours away??? Lisa understood how ridiculous that was and asked the DA for the evidence against me so she cud advise me, of course the evidence didn't exist. So the judge dismissed my case. Thats the difference between a really good attorney like Lisa Shapiro Strauss and a public defender who just wants to get everyone to take a plea. Lisa fought for me and made the DA prove their case against me which they cudnt do....if you want a great attorney that is willing to stand up to the court and prosecutors than you want Lisa!! She was on the ball from the start and pretty much schooled the DA....

Lisa Strauss is THE BEST! When I reached out to Lisa needing representation for a personal matter, Lisa was comforting, professional and immediately gave me a sign of having my back. I have never had to use a lawyer and I have zero legal experience. In the beginning I was filled with anxiety and dread. Minces Rankin PLLC changed all of that with just the initial consultation. I had a tight deadline to meet and they worked around the clock to get me started. Their entire practice is professional, courteous, and genuine. David knows exactly what he is talking about and is with you each step of the way. He doesn't "tell you what to do," instead he opens the conversation and allows you to make the big calls. Grace is graceful, kind, and a great listener. She was also along for the ride and made sure that I was taken care of emotionally and mentally. She would check in consistently, but not in a way that is annoying. It was out of the kindness of her heart! I could not recommend them any higher. These folks are for the people and I highly recommend you reach them for whatever you may need!

Contacted the Texas State Bar and the local police because David Minces depicted unethical conduct towards my case and also his refusal to delete my documents and share them with 3rd parties against my permission and will although he is not representing me. I contacted Minces and Rankin for a consult on 2/27, they stated they were accepting clients. I sent all documents requested and David Minces went on vacation for a week before returning to decline me representation stating his "case load" a month after I initially contacted him although I was to be contacted in a week. David Minces utilized his "privilege" to cover his deceptive Buisness acts. While David Minces was on vacation I was requested to provide the right to sue letter. Any legal firm, which I've contacted several knows that once the right to sue is issued you only have a short time frame to file suit. David Minces had all the appropriate documents to evaluate my case and did not need the right to sue. Had I not requested for the right to sue I would have had an additional 95 days to find legal representation. David Minces and his firm were extremely unethical, manipulative and deceptive. His firm place me in a terrible situation by asking me to obtain the right to sue with no intention to represent me or pursue legal action. All the Attorneys I contacted stated they would not represent me due to the right to sue already being issued as they stated only the Attorney representing you is responsible for requesting such document. Of course David Minces will make statements like I need a background check anything to deflect his erroneous mistakes, meanwhile I have no background.

I will never advise anyone to use lisa shapiro she was just after your money to be paid every month and keep expanding your court date, so that you can pay her finished and she’s gonna bring out some excuse on your case for you to do which is not … More
