I was at his office that he shares with his father, my previous lawyer. I went to retrieve documents and brought the Bellaire Police for moral support and observation watching from lobby. I didn't get my documents and when I mentioned my police escort, he told the police to arrest me for trespassing.

Atty Jason Ginsburg of Bellaire has helped me with my Real state need. I have gifted my family with lands that we purchased long time ago and feel that as we aged we no longer need it and has to be passed to our family. The process was brief and smooth and was explained by Atty Ginsburg the every step of the way that will take place. In another time, I had issues with my son purchasing a different property from a seller and needed some legal advice as we are nearing to close on the property. Atty Ginsburg was just a phone call away! He accommodates our needs like his own needs....very knowledgeable and very reasonable fees. I learned that utilizing his service in all my Real state dealings is better than having a Real State agent. He is a legal expert so why hire a Real State agent when an agent does not answer legal questions? I will highly recommend him for any Real State issues!
